Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to shop.maybeecreations.com and the rest of the Maybee Creations website at maybeecreations.com (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Maybee Creations (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from the shop.
The shop
Most products in the shop are digital files: illustrated maps, printable posters, and related guides. A small number of listings may be physical prints. Product pages describe what you are buying. We may change prices, descriptions, or availability at any time.
After you pay for a digital order, you receive a download link by email. Keep that email and download your files promptly. Links can expire or be limited, so we recommend saving a copy on your own device.
Accounts and orders
You are responsible for the information you give us at checkout and for keeping any account login secure. Orders are offers to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order if we notice an error, a payment problem, or suspected fraud.
Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are listed in the currency shown on the product page, plus any taxes Shopify calculates for your location.
License, not ownership of the art
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal license to use the files. You do not buy the copyright. You may not resell the files, share the ZIP, upload them to stock or template sites, or use them as if they were your own commercial product. The full license is on the License & Usage page.
Your use of the Site
Use the Site lawfully. Do not scrape, overload, or try to break into the Site, other customers’ orders, or our delivery systems. Do not post or send anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
Content on the Site
Maps, illustrations, photos, writing, logos, and other content on the Site belong to Maybee Creations or our licensors. You may view them on the Site. You may not copy the catalog, clone the maps, or reuse our branding without written permission, except for the files you purchase under the license.
Third-party services
Checkout, payments, shipping for physical prints, and file delivery may run through Shopify, Printify, Pendora, or similar providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those parts of the process. We are not responsible for outages or errors on those services, though we will help you if something goes wrong with your order.
Disclaimer
The Site and the products are provided “as is.” Maps and guides are original illustrations for enjoyment, teaching, and display. They are not official, licensed, or affiliated with the teams, leagues, people, or places they depict unless a listing says otherwise. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Maybee Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or downloads, arising from your use of the Site or a product. Our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnity
You agree to cover us for claims that arise from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your use of purchased files outside the license.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
