Shipping policy

Almost everything in the shop is a digital download. Nothing ships for those orders. A small number of listings are physical prints made to order.

Digital delivery (most orders)

After payment is confirmed on shop.maybeecreations.com, you receive an email with a secure download link. Files are typically a ZIP containing high-resolution map images (PNG or PDF), a companion guidebook (PDF), and — on many titles — an audio flyover and a printable extra such as a treasure hunt.

• Delivery is automatic. There is no waiting for a warehouse.
• Use the same email you entered at checkout.
• Check spam, junk, and promotions if the email is not in your inbox within a few minutes.
• Open the link on a computer if possible. Some phones struggle with large ZIP files.
• Save the files to your own drive. Download links may expire or allow a limited number of downloads for security.

If the email never arrives, the link fails, or you need the files again, email hellomaybeecreations@gmail.com with your order number. We will restore access.

What you are downloading

You are buying digital files to print and use under our License, not a mailed poster — unless the listing clearly says a physical print will ship.

• Maps are sized for common home and classroom printers (often 8.5×11 in, 11×17 in, or A4). Each listing states the sizes included.
• Print at home, at a school, or at a local print shop on regular paper or poster stock.
• Colors can shift a little from screen to printer. That is normal.

Physical / print-on-demand orders

If a listing is a physical poster or other made-to-order print, it is produced after you check out and then handed to a carrier. Production often takes a few business days; transit time depends on destination and the carrier.

• We do not control weather, customs, or carrier delays after an item ships.
• Tracking is provided when the printer supplies it.
• International orders may owe customs or import fees. Those are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it is in production.

If a package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email hellomaybeecreations@gmail.com within 14 days with photos and your order number.

No shipping charges on digital orders

Digital products have no shipping fee and no shipping address requirement. Physical listings show shipping options and estimated timing at checkout.
