Refund policy

Maybee Creations sells original educational maps, adventure guides, and related artwork. Most orders are instant digital downloads. Because digital files cannot be “returned,” we handle refunds carefully — and we still make things right when a file fails to arrive or will not open.

Digital downloads

Once a download has been delivered to the email used at checkout, the sale is generally final. You are buying a license to use files, not a physical object we can take back.

We will still help — and may refund or replace an order — when:

• You never received a download email or working link (check spam and promotions first).
• The file is corrupt, incomplete, or will not open after a reasonable attempt.
• We sent the wrong product.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The listing was materially different from what you received.

Email hellomaybeecreations@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number, the email on the order, and a short note about the problem. We typically reply within two business days.

We do not refund digital orders because you changed your mind, bought the wrong title, already own a similar map, or prefer a different print size after downloading the files.

Download access instead of a refund

If a link expired, you hit a download limit, or you need the files on a new device, write us. We would rather restore access or re-send the files than leave you without the map you paid for.

Physical / print-on-demand items

A few listings are printed to order (posters and similar physical art). Those items are made for you after checkout, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, a different size, or a color that looks slightly different on paper than on a screen.

Contact us within 14 days if a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or clearly different from the listing. Include photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Purchases on other storefronts

Orders placed on Etsy, Payhip, or other marketplaces also follow that platform’s refund rules. You can still email hellomaybeecreations@gmail.com and we will help as far as the platform allows.

Chargebacks

Please write us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. Most download problems are a missing email or an expired link, which we can fix quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the order being cancelled and download access revoked.
