License & Usage

When you buy a Maybee Creations map, you are buying a license to use our artwork — not ownership of the copyright. This page is the plain-language license for our digital files and any prints you make from them.

What you may do

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, household, classroom, homeschool, Sunday school, and local church or ministry use, including:

• Downloading the files for your own use and keeping backup copies.
• Printing as many copies as you need for your family, your own classroom, or your own congregation.
• Displaying a print on a wall at home, in a classroom, or in a church or study space.
• Using the guidebook, prompts, treasure hunts, and audio with the people you teach or parent.
• Projecting a map during a lesson you are leading in person.

One teacher, one classroom

A single purchase covers one household or one teacher’s classroom. If another teacher, campus, or ministry site wants the same files, they need their own purchase — or email us about a school or church license.

What you may not do

• Share, email, or upload the ZIP, PDFs, PNGs, or audio to a public or school-wide drive, group chat, or file-sharing site.
• Resell, gift-as-a-download, or redistribute the digital files.
• Sell physical prints of our maps (Etsy, craft fairs, Teachers Pay Teachers, Redbubble, and similar).
• Use the art on products, merch, curriculum you sell, or paid digital products.
• Claim the artwork as your own or remove our name, footer, or watermark.
• Use team, league, or character-inspired maps to imply official affiliation or endorsement.
• Feed our maps, guides, or audio into an AI system for training, fine-tuning, or to generate competing products.

Educational maps, not official products

Our maps are original illustrated worlds. They are teaching tools, not geographically precise atlases. Legend Lands and other fan maps are unofficial educational art. They are not licensed by any team, league, school, or brand, and they should not be presented as official merchandise.

Commercial use

If you want to print for a store, a publisher, a large school district, or a product line, that is a separate commercial license. Email hellomaybeecreations@gmail.com with what you have in mind before you use the files that way.

Our rights

All maps, guides, audio, product photos, and related writing remain the property of Maybee Creations. We may revoke a license if these terms are broken. Buying a file does not transfer copyright.
